Refund Policy and Service Adjustments

At Studio 303, all services and products are final sale.

Due to the time, expertise, and customized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on any services rendered. This includes, but is not limited to, haircuts, color services, chemical treatments, extensions, and styling services.

Retail products are also non-refundable once purchased.

Service Concerns

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have a concern about a service you received, we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. In some cases, and at our discretion, we may offer a complimentary adjustment to address the concern. Adjustments are not guaranteed and do not constitute a refund.
